Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What happens if I exceed my tracking limit?
If you reach your plan's tracking limit, you'll need to pause or delete an existing tracking before adding a new one, or upgrade to a higher tier.
How do SMS alerts work?
SMS alerts are available on Pro and Unlimited plans. You'll receive text messages for critical alerts. Standard SMS rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Is there a student or group discount?
