Clem started TicketRobin after spending too much time staring at sold-out pages. He works on the product and engineering, and has a dangerous habit of saying 'this should be quick' before something takes ages to complete.
We're on a mission to help fans catch their favourite events
TicketRobin was born from frustration. As music and sports fans ourselves, we were tired of missing out on sold-out events.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
The problem we're solving
When tickets for popular events go on sale, they often sell out within minutes. But that's not the end of the story. Tickets frequently reappear on official vendor sites and authorised resale platforms as people change their plans, return unwanted tickets, or resellers list inventory.
The challenge? You'd need to manually check multiple sites, multiple times per day, to catch these drops. Most people simply don't have the time or patience for that.
Our solution
TicketRobin monitors official ticket vendors and authorised resale platforms 24/7, checking every few seconds for new listings that match your criteria. When tickets appear, we send you an instant alert via email or WhatsApp.
No more manual refreshing. No more missed opportunities. Just set your preferences and let our system do the work.
Live across the UK, Europe, the US and Canada
TicketRobin is live across the UK, Europe, the US and Canada, supporting major venues, festivals, and Ticketmaster events across those regions. We are continuing to expand coverage as we add more supported countries and platforms.
Our goal is to become the go-to ticket tracking service for live events globally, helping millions of fans secure tickets to their dream experiences.
Who is behind TicketRobin?
TicketRobin was founded by Clem, and his brother Ben. The idea came from Clem missing out on World Darts Championship tickets at Alexandra Palace while trying to buy them for Ben's birthday. After the official sale was gone, the only realistic option left was resale: roughly three times the original price, with no real assurance that the tickets were genuine.
That story will sound familiar to a lot of people. You try to do everything right: turn up for the sale, follow all the steps, and wait your turn, only to find that the tickets are gone before the page even loads. Then you're left choosing between overpaying, taking a risk on resale tickets, or giving up entirely (we don't blame you!).
Meet the team
We're a small team building TicketRobin for people who love live events, but do not love spending their day refreshing ticket pages.
Ben is the reason the Ally Pally story still stings. He helps keep the product grounded in what normal fans actually want: clear alerts, fairer chances, and fewer sketchy resale experiences. No pineapple on pizza, although that wasn't always the case.
Edie helps turn the messy reality of ticket drops, presales, and sold-out events into something people can understand quickly. She cares about making TicketRobin feel calm when the ticket hunt is anything but.
Named after a late 90's Électricité de France (EDF) TV advert, Marie-Amelie brings the design eye, creative instinct, and gentle insistence that things should look like someone meant them to. She helps make TicketRobin feel clear, friendly, and less like it was assembled entirely by engineers.
Cem brings big business energy, data-scientist instincts, and the kind of ambitious ideas that usually start with 'hear me out'. He helps turn wild possibilities into something TicketRobin can actually build, while dreaming of one day building a non-profit dog sanctuary. His name is pronounced 'gem' - no surprise there.
Charlotte helps keep the experience honest, friendly, and easy to follow. Her focus is making sure TicketRobin keeps ticking along smoothly and continues helping real fans. She is great at being the group designated unofficial project manager when on holiday.
Leban is a keen fan of pentesting, stress-testing ideas, and finding out exactly how computers break so the rest of us do not have to. Fun fact: as a kid, he deleted System32 from a school computer and was sent to the head of computer science for a (very) stern talking-to.
Privacy & transparency
We take your privacy seriously. We only monitor publicly available ticket information and never store your payment details. We'll only contact you with alerts for events you've chosen to track.
All ticket purchases happen directly with official vendors through their normal checkout process. We're simply the alert system that helps you discover when tickets are available.
Our climate commitment
TicketRobin contributes to Stripe Climate to help fund early-stage carbon removal technologies.
