A returned ticket for RAYE at Royal Albert Hall can be taken within seconds of appearing. Your free alert is live. It looks once an hour - and on a night like this, an hour is usually too slow.
What each one actually catches
It depends on how wanted the show is, and how often your tracker looks. Returned tickets for RAYE can be gone in minutes - often seconds - because other people are watching for them too.
A free tracker looks once an hour, so it only finds a ticket that is still sitting there when the hour comes round. On a quiet event that is usually fine. On a night like this, most returns will have gone long before the next look.
Fast looks every five minutes, which changes your odds a lot. Instant is the fastest option we offer, and so the best chance we offer on a night as wanted as RAYE at Royal Albert Hall.
Across every tracker we have run, a free one has sent 1 alert on average, Fast 24 alerts and Instant 38 alerts. Nobody can promise you a ticket - that is down to the seller and to who else is looking - but the sooner you hear, the better your chances.
One-off, for this night only.

What we cannot do
We do not hold, buy or sell tickets, and we cannot promise one will appear - that is up to the seller. What we can promise is that if one does appear, you will hear about it fast. You still buy from the official seller yourself, at their price.
